Four vaults, three currencies and an honest yardstick.

Each vault holds a kind of asset. Each currency is a form of value that work produces. The yardstick says where each vault stands, without rounding up.

The four vaults

VAULT 1

Context and cases

Information, documents, relationships, situations and concrete outcomes of the work.

Role: understand reality and resolve the case or its next step, on record.

VAULT 2

Playbooks

How the case was resolved and what was learned about resolving cases of that kind, with origin, version and review.

Role: preserve and refine know-how.

VAULT 3

Agent capabilities

Reusable capabilities with contract, procedure, permitted context, tools, tests, limits and a record of results.

Role: run Currency 1 and Currency 2 routines repeatably.

VAULT 4

Agentic company

The versioned organization of those capabilities: goals, roles, coordination, flows, authority levels, quality criteria and collective learning.

Role: make the company run and improve as an integrated system. On the Symbiontes side this vault is called S4 · Coordination.

Every vault has two sides

The host keeps its own assets; Symbiontes keeps what it learns by hosting. That is why each vault is always shown with both sides together: H, the host's, and S, Symbiontes'.

The three currencies

CURRENCY 1

Resolves

Resolving a specific case. While the case is open, it includes carrying out and recording its next step.

CURRENCY 2

Teaches

Depositing in the playbook how the case was resolved and what was learned about resolving cases of that kind.

CURRENCY 3

Repeats

A reusable capability. Each run produces a verifiable Currency 1 result and a Currency 2 outcome.

Currency 3 will be the construction of agents that carry out Currency 1 and Currency 2 routines.

RECORDED FACTThe chain is fractal, not an exchange rate: the case feeds the playbook, the playbook guides the next cases, and the host's learning can become a reusable Symbiontes capability.

Every case ends with an outcome

Outcome	When it happens	What is recorded
CONFIRMED	The playbook rule worked.	The case becomes an example of the rule.
CONTRADICTED	The rule was wrong or incomplete.	What, why, the suggested fix, who and when.
NEW	A new lesson emerged.	A new candidate rule, written in one sentence.
NO CURRENCY	There is nothing to add.	“No currency: the playbook covered it.” A valid outcome, not a failure.

The method travels; the data stays.
Every case worked on yields at least one outcome.
A gap in the system is not currency.
Nobody self-promotes: staff and AI only record candidates; promotion is a separate human act.

The maturity yardstick

Level	What it means
Mess	Scattered initiatives and agents, with improvised coordination.
Bronze	A first complete cycle works, with human supervision.
Silver	Cycles repeat with responsibilities, records and failure handling.
Gold	Operations integrate different functions and absorb improvements with measured results.
Diamond	The company sustains improvement over time, reliably and autonomously within defined authority.
